FZR400 88-90 JET KIT

Adds more low-end / midrange, if the proper main jet is selected, more top-end power. Easy to install and tune – no slide drilling!
Note: Do not use standard, drop-in K&N air filter. This is the only K&N application that does not work to improve power – even if jetting is matched to filter.

YZF600 THUNDERCAT 96-07 TITANIUM JET KIT

Titanium needles. The toughest material used in a carburetor. These needles will still be around in the millennium after next. Keihin, unlike Mikuni, uses a steel needle jet. Ti and steel, in this application are unbeatable for long life.

Factory Pro used to do a lot of race work (3rd OA in 24 Hour) for the venerable fzr400, so we tooled up and made a limited run of emulsion tubes to keep these classic bikes running right.

A small bore dirt tracker must shift well. So we made a Hybrid Ceramic Microbearing Detent Arm for the FZ-07.

Then it was a short step to make a hybrid ceramic arm for the FZ-09. The FZ-09 already has a bearing, but it’s only a steel bearing – not hybrid ceramic.
