2008 marked the 20th year of VFR HeliBars® production, and to celebrate this success we re-engineered and re-styled this icon of sport touring comfort.
First we studied the immense amount of feedback weve received from our VFR customers over the years. The height, setback and angles of our current VFR800 HeliBars so perfectly match the ergonomics of this machine that only a few desire any change at all. What some wished for was the ability to adjust the bars a bit higher. As always, we listened.
In 2008, our new VFR800 HeliBars receive a low profile clamping lug with one 8mm pinch bolt. This slimmer clamp allows the bar to be raised while still providing full clamping pressure on the fork tubes. A new riser tube with a smaller diameter and a thicker cross section was engineered to increase rigidity and strength while reducing the transfer of what little vibration emanates from the V-Four.
One of the best features of our new VFR HeliBars is the price. Because of our continued commitment to manufacturing improvement and the addition of new high speed, high precision CNC machines, we are able to offer the new VFR HeliBars without a price increase.

The new VFR’s fairing and fuel tank really created a design challenge for the development of a HeliBar to improve the stunning new machine’s long distance comfort. It took several prototypes and lots of refinements to get it right, nearly 3 times longer than our normal development time for a new HeliBar design. The time was well spent and we are very excited about our newest member of our VFR HeliBar Family.
Although, this bar is not as tall and rear offset as some owners might like, we designed a HeliBar with the most comfortable hand position the bike would allow and it works with all stock hydraulics, cables and control wire looms. **

The optional wind screen can interfere on the left side at full lock to lock. We have heard from the field that pulling the left bar back towards the rider as close as possible without contacting the fairing alleviates this situation.
This does NOT fit the DCT version.

The CBR250R may be a small sportbike but it’s a BIG hit with it’s owners. It’s fuel economy makes it both a first choice as a commuter as well as a fun ride through the twisty bits of your favorite roads. We decided to do our magic on the 250R by blessing it with the newest member of the hand built steel HeliBars.
We gave it the tallest, most rearward hand grip position allowed by the fairing, tank, hydraulic lines and cables. Installation is a snap and all factory components are retained. This is a simple 1 hour installation.
So, enjoy this small, fuel efficient machine with big comfort results from our NEW CBR250R HeliBars.

Honda GL1800/F6B LST Horizon Bars 2001-2015
Description:
The most comfortable handlebar design in the world is also the best performance upgrade for all GL1800/F6B front forks.
This is because the stock handlebars suffer from a high degree of flexing and to make matters worse, the left and right bars flex independently of each other. What is felt as a flexing fork is actually the handlebars flexing between the rider’s hands and their mounts on the top triple clamp.
